20 ml Fresh lime juice
150 ml Ginger beer
Dehydrated lime slice
Lemongrass stick

Pour 50 ml Sau, 20 ml fresh lime juice and ice cubes in a long drink glass.
Top off with 150 ml ginger beer and garnish with a dehydrated lime slice & a lemongrass stick.

Tonic
A CLASSIC GIN & TONIC WITH HINTS OF SAU, RASPBERRY & RHUBARB

Fever-Tree Raspberry & Rhubarb Tonic
2 Raspberries
Fresh mint

Pour 50 ml Sau and ice cubes in a Gin & Tonic glass. Fill with Fever-Tree Raspberry & Rhubarb tonic. Garnish with two raspberries & a mint top.

Pour 50 ml Sau, 10 ml pink grapefruit syrup, 10 ml orgeat syrup, 15 ml fresh lime juice and ice cubes in a shaker cup.
Shake well and pour into a tumbler. Top with grapefruit soda and garnish with a dehydrated lime slice & a mint top.
